1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rank Ledge ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rank Ledge is a SaaS platform that performs SEO, AEO, technical, content, authority, and social analysis on websites. The Service generates reports, scores, recommendations, and AI-assisted prompts to help users improve their web presence.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to crawl or analyse websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service beyond normal usage limits.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Rank Ledge is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
- We may change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.
- Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
- A free trial may be offered; your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services. Because Rank Ledge is a digital service supplied online, by starting your subscription or free trial and accessing the Service you expressly request that we begin providing it immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. Where the Service has not yet been fully performed, you may still withdraw within 14 days and we will refund any amount due for the unused portion, less the value of the Service already provided. To exercise this right, contact us using the details in Section 14.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, and content, is owned by Rank Ledge and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Reports, scores, and analysis outputs generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use and may not be republished commercially without our consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that analysis results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rank Ledge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party APIs including Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Stripe, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or data practices.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it via the account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
